By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to these promotional terms and conditions.
The promotion is being run by SAMOA Ltd - UK and is in no way associated with any of our other SAMOA subsidiaries.
Eligibility to Enter
- The promotion is open to entrants over 18 years of age and approved as a SAMOA Ltd - UK distributor at the time of the competition.
- SAMOA employees are not eligible to enter.
- By entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the promotional product.
How to Enter
- For every individual order placed over £1,000 nett via our website (www.samoa.ltd.uk) during the period 24th November 2025 to 28th November 2025, you will receive a FREE magnetic tool tray with the etched SAMOA logo, whilst stocks last.
- Orders received after 28th November 2025 will not be eligible.
- Orders that are returned for credit will only be honoured if any FREE gift is also returned. This does not apply to warranty claims.
- Promotional products are available via website orders only. No exceptions will apply.
Promotional Gift
- The promotional gift will be one magnetic tool tray with etched SAMOA logo.
- No alternatives will be offered.
- SAMOA Ltd - UK use of particular brands as promotional products does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
- The promotional product is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- We reserve the right to substitute promotional products with another of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
- The decision of SAMOA Ltd regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Receiving Your Promo Product
- The promotional product will be dispatched to the shipping address on your website order.
- SAMOA Ltd are unable to ship to an alternative delivery address.
