By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by SAMOA Ltd - UK.
Eligibility to enter:
The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and approved as a SAMOA Ltd - UK distributor at the time of the competition. (SAMOA employees are not eligible to enter).
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
By entering the competition, you are confirming you are happy to share your details on our social media and be available for a presentation of the prize by our area sales manager, along with photo shoot.
How to enter:
For every individual order placed via our website (www.samoa.ltd.uk) during the period 25th October 2023 to 3rd November 2023 will receive an entry into the prize draw, i.e. 5 individual orders will equal 5 chances of winning, etc.
Entries after 3rd November 2023 will not be eligible for this draw.
Orders that are returned for credit will no longer be eligible to be entered into the draw.
Entries are via website orders only. No exceptions will apply.
The prize:
The prize will be one Tassimo ‘Finesse’ Coffee Pod Machine Bundle in black. Contents of coffee pods may vary.
SAMOA Ltd use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The winner will be drawn at random from a computer based random generator, which will be recorded live and published on our social media.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of SAMOA Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement:
The winner will be notified after 3rd November 2023 via the contact details provided on the winning order. The prize will be awarded to the distributor (billing address) and not the shipping address on the order if these are different.
SAMOA Ltd will attempt to contact the winner up to two times. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and SAMOA Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Opt Out:
To opt out of the chance to win a prize please email info@samoa.ltd.uk, after placing your website order, and we will ensure your entry does not go into the draw.
