By placing an order for our Black Friday 2024 deals, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

The Black Friday 2024 deals are being run by SAMOA Ltd - UK and are in no way associated with any of our other SAMOA subsidiaries.

Eligibility

• The offers are only available to approved SAMOA Ltd - UK distributors at the time of the offers.

Terms

1. Offers are only valid if ordered under the special part/item number stated on each individual offer product. If these special part/item numbers are not used, no credits will be issued at a further date.

2. These offers are valid from 25th November 2024 until 29th November 2024 only.

3. Stock is subject to availability, and there may be a wait of approximately 2-3 weeks before orders for offer products can be fulfilled. Please bear this in mind before quoting your customer any lead times.

4. No alternative product will be offered in respect of SAMOA Ltd – UK not having stock available immediately.

5. Prices stated on any offer leaflets, website, etc., are your (distributor) buying prices. It is your responsibility to add your own margin.

6. Maximum quantities are set for each product and are stated on the details of the product on the website. This is the maximum any one customer can purchase for the duration of the offer period.

7. Our standard warranty applies to any offer products.

8. Delivery will be charged at our normal rates.

9. Payment terms and conditions as per usual SAMOA Ltd - UK agreements apply to all Black Friday deals.

10. SAMOA Ltd - UK reserves the right to withdraw or amend these offers at any time without prior notice.
